Cucumber Soup


1 English cucumber, cut into chunks
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1 Tablespoon dill weed
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper


1. In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients, with the exception of cucumber, together.

2. Pour half of the liquid mixture in a blender and blend. Add cucumber to mixture and continue to blend. Pour in remaining liquid mixture and blend a final time. Serve.
